My Weight Loss Journey

This is my pre-journey post. I'm getting myself prepared for the road ahead. I am going to take it slow so I don't feel overwhelmed and burned out. I'll continually update as I move a long.

Day 1 (March 7,2011) :  I started out the day with my typical bagel and coffee.  I started taking my vitamins again today, I got just took those. Prior to getting pregnant with Gabe, I stumbled upon a vitamin combination that actually promoted weight loss. In a months time, I lost 16 lbs. A friend of mine followed the same vitamin routine and in a month, she lost 20 lbs. I had to stop though, because I got pregnant with Gabe and some of the vitamins were unsafe to use while pregnant. So I made sure I began taking that vitamin combination again, as well as Super B Complex for energy and Vitamin D, because I am very lacking in the dept.
After I make the kids breakfast and get them settled, I'll do my morning mini-workout. 100 wall push-ups, 100 squats and 100 crunches. I'll do the same tonight as well. Hopefully my motivation remains this way as the weeks pass! :)

March 19, 2011: I'll be weighing myself this week to see if I lost any weight! I've been doing really good with my diet and exercise! So hopefully we'll see some results!

April 9, 2011: So like usual, I got off track. But I did begin a new diet plan I purchased. It's called the 6 week body make over. I started it on Monday - today is Saturday and I've lost 3 lbs. already. A small nick in the huge boulder of weight I need to lose. But still,its weight lost! I really hope I continue to lose the weight I need to. Wish me luck!
